Producing Workshop
Over three days, the workshop focuses on developing a structure and organic template on a project that you are interested in developing, and centres on the following topics:

• Press and Marketing Overview
• Budgets and Contracts
• Production Management and Producing

Each of the day workshops targets essential tasks, provides economical sense and an overview of creating a fluid and structured plan from the concept to final performance. Over the three interlinked days, you will:

• Develop for your project your own budget, press and marketing plan and production schedule
• Discuss real contracts and what needs to be included
• Develop ideas for marketing and producing
• Explore examples of past productions

At the end of the workshop, you will leave with sample information on contracts, budgets and marketing, a basic working press contact list and working models which you will be able to utilise immediately.
The workshops are designed to focus on producing “on a shoe-string” without reducing on the artistic quality.

Audition Workshop

A one to one tailored workshop to assist actors who have to prepare for an audition. The workshop, which can be a number of hours or a full day, includes:

• Choosing the speeches
• Working on presentation
• Providing advice and speeches for future auditions
